Apparel Design
I have a strong interest in apparel design and experience taking designs from concept to production. I've worked on creating apparel graphics, preparing production-ready files, and coordinating with printers to make sure designs are executed correctly. This includes writing production briefs, helping select materials and print methods, and determining the best placement for graphics on garments. Through these experiences, I've developed a better understanding of both the creative and technical sides of apparel design and enjoy seeing ideas come to life as finished products that I am able to wear and use!
For each of the projects below, I worked through different production considerations to successfully translate the artwork into a finished product. After creating the designs and finalizing colors and substrates, I developed production briefs for vendors that outlined mockups with graphic placement, color specifications, materials, and printing methods to ensure accurate execution.
